A Snapshot of Your Day
In this role, you will coordinate team efforts and collaborate with other members to identify new business opportunities. You will strive to improve customer happiness and cultivate a culture of workplace safety. Together with the EU&AF region manager, you will work towards achieving the strategic goals of the region, propose development paths, and agree with other STG units. Expect a culture of collaboration, accountability for sub-region results, and the delegation of authority. Open discussions will be encouraged. Your work will have a significant impact on both the region's results and the overall business development of STG.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing all Countries in the respective Subregion (SR) and first level of customer concern (blocking issue) from the Countries; responsible vis-à-vis the Region VP
- Responsible to build the Regional Sales plan and growth strategy in the SR, as defined by the Region
- Responsible for sub-regional (SR) KPIs according to the targets received by the Region (Responsible for supervising critical metrics at the sub-regional level based on the targets provided by the Region)
- Secure successful realization of projects within SR, responsible for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) reflecting happiness of customers
- Supports sales of Steam Turbines & Generator new units' business within SR
- Responsible to implement the relevant Sales activities in the different stages, as defined by the Go-To-Market and by the SR
What You Bring
- Versatile and well-rounded industrial manager with extensive exposure across functions within a multi-national corporation
- 10+ years of direct experience in the energy oil, gas, chemical or petrochemicals industry within a consulting or engineering environment
- Superb leadership (prior experience) and collaboration qualities; being versatile, creative, lean, agile, and pro-actively getting into the details and work in a hands-on way
- Variety of work experiences touching on industries related to the energy industry
- Deep understanding of the Western Europe (WE) region Energy landscape and industry
- Proficient in English
