A Snapshot of Your Day
As Head of Quality Control in our Offshore organization, you lead a global team with a shared mission: to secure high-quality execution and strengthen customer satisfaction across our Service and Execution projects. Your days combine strategic leadership with hands-on engagement, working closely with teams across Europe, APAC and the United States. You collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, translate quality ambitions into operational excellence, and ensure that lessons learned are consistently embedded into improved standards and ways of working.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, guide and develop a global Quality Control organization, building a culture grounded in trust, accountability and high performance
- Ensure robust and consistent quality operations in support of Offshore Execution and Service projects worldwide
- Strengthen competence development and support the professional growth of your organization
- Further develop standards, processes and ways of working within Quality Control and Non‑Conformance management
- Drive continuous improvement by translating lessons learned into sustainable quality enhancements
- Secure effective implementation of action plans aligned with company targets and strategic priorities
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in building and developing high-performing teams in a global and complex environment
- Strong expertise in quality management, operational excellence or similar disciplines, with the ability to translate strategy into operational impact
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions and external partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the credibility to influence and align at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel internationally for site visits and inspections as part of driving quality performance
- A people-centric and hands-on leader who learns quickly, enjoys building networks and understands that sustainable process improvements are achieved with and through people
About the Team
You will lead the Quality Control function within our Offshore organization, supporting both Service and Execution projects globally. The team plays a critical role in ensuring that quality requirements are fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle. Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the team directly contributes to safe operations, strong customer relationships and long-term business performance. As a global organization, the team combines deep technical expertise with regional knowledge and diverse perspectives to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery worldwide.
