This role will report to the Head of Field Service & Repair and will be based in Elblag or Lodz Poland (hybrid mode of work).


How you will make an impact:


  • Spearhead the field service organization for compression, overseeing a team dedicated to customer service excellence and technical support.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize field service operations and ensure alignment with overall business compression field service objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between the organization and customers (internal/external).
  •  Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses to service requests and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing field service team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  •  Manage resource allocation, staffing, and training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering comprehensive customer solutions.
  • Enforce quality standards in field service operations, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain high-quality service delivery. 
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of field service processes.


What you bring:


  • Proven experience in a leadership role within field service operation (compression industry will be an advantage).
  • General knowledge of compression systems and or rotating equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align field service operations with organizational goals.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven track record in optimizing field service processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Eager and curious to learn and actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (short trips – around 10% annually).
