The Head of Proposals for Integrally Geared Compression (IGC) Asia Pacific (f/m/d) will be responsible for leading the local proposal team in the development of winning proposals for integrally geared compression projects. The successful candidate will also ensure that the proposals are technically correct, delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, the candidate will support the global Head of Bid Management IGC to manage the internal network with Product Management and Strategy. This role reports into Global Head of Bid Management for Integrally Geared Compression and is in Naroda, India.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Lead the proposal team in the development of winning proposals for integrally geared compression projects

· Ensure that proposals are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

· Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals that meet the needs of our customers

· Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators, including customers, suppliers, and partners

· Has technical responsibility for bid and provides technical support to the proposals team as required

· Ensure that all proposals align with Siemens Energy’s policies and procedures

· Manage the internal network with Product Management and Strategy

· Show proven expertise in managing complex global customer base

· Demonstrate global cultural sensitivity and international collaboration while working with a diverse team

· Experience in handling low specifications as well as high specification markets

· Responsible for the team load planning

What You Bring

· Degree in engineering or equivalent

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the energy industry

· Experience in the development of winning proposals for integrally geared compression projects

· Deep product knowledge of integrally geared compressors

· Strong leadership skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Demonstrated success in managing complex global customer base

· Global cultural sensitivity while working with a diverse team

· High collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in an international network
