About the Role

- Lead the global team of Generative AI professionals developing foundational capabilities to support our business areas and functions in applying and implementing GenAI solutions
- Own and drive the GenAI strategy and governance to ensure that GenAI projects and activities within the organization are driven following the set standards and governance framework
- Drive the development of key GenAI capabilities such as natural language processing in close collaboration with our external partner network across industry and academia
- Closely collaborate with digital and data analytics teams within the company supporting GenAI solution development and implementation
- Enhance the enterprise-wide understanding of GenAI and support the internal competence build-up in this field through technical training programs, know-how sharing, and regular stakeholder communication
- Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related area and a profound understanding of the field of digital including data science and AI.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing AI solutions, ideally combined with leadership experience in an industry environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and translate business needs into technical specifications and innovation proposals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, flexibility, and willingness to learn, ability to navigate easily in a multidisciplinary, multinational, global environment including external partners.
- Experience working across global organizations and teams through strong collaboration, communication, relationship building and influencing skills.
- Enthusiastic about driving the use of AI across all parts of a business and ecosystem.
