Join our dynamic global SE HR Team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing local HR processes and ensuring alignment with external vendors. Imagine collaborating closely with the Regional HR Services Manager, Regional HR Head, and HR Business Partners to create stability and efficiency in HR operations. You will take charge of essential HR administrative tasks, including managing Workday HR processes, Service Now, and Time & Attendance systems. As the customer concern point for HR Business Partners, you will develop authentic relationships with local HR teams, driving continuous improvement and swiftly handling complex issues. Your proactive approach will promote a culture of ownership and accountability, empowering you to make impactful decisions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will collaborate with the Regional HR team to review and align local HR processes with external vendors, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Facilitate the execution of HR administrative tasks, including managing document workflows, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with external vendors and local HR teams to document and streamline the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, removing roadblocks and driving improvements.
  • Handle complex critical issues effectively while building strong relationships with local HR teams and relevant departments.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and decisiveness, ensuring swift action in HR operations.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR Administration, showcasing your expertise in the field and strong knowledge of Austrian labor legislation and local work regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in document management, including archiving rules and e-signatures.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with external vendors.
  • Excellent command of English (C1) and German (C1) is essential.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and operations, with a focus on time and attendance management regulations. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP is preferred but not essential.

Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of €52.853,78 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
