Join our SE HR HUB for Eastern Europe as a vital support for key operational HR functions. Imagine being at the forefront of enhancing employee experiences through effective Learning & Development coordination and streamlined employee lifecycle processes. You will manage logistics for training sessions, assist with onboarding, and contribute to exit interview improvements. This role is perfect for a current university student eager to apply their organizational and communication skills in a dynamic HR environment.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will coordinate logistics for employee training sessions, including scheduling, participant communication, and material preparation.
  • You will administer the language school program by managing enrollments, tracking attendance, and serving as a point of contact for vendors and employees.
  • You will support the collection and analysis of feedback from training participants to contribute to program improvements.
  • You will assist in upgrading the employee onboarding process by preparing welcome materials and scheduling orientation sessions.
  • You will provide administrative support for general HR tasks and respond to basic employee inquiries related to the supported processes.


What You Bring

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have a keen interest in HR and a strong desire to learn, with no prior professional experience required.
  • You possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • You have effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to provide excellent customer service.
  • You are capable of maintaining accurate data and documentation related to onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Intermediate English and Hungarian skills
  • Availability to work for a min. 32 hours/week
