A Snapshot of Your Day

As an HR/Visa Intern, you will assist in managing employment and mission visas, track renewals, and support the issuance of residence visas for dependents. Your day will involve collaborating with the HR team on onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records in HR systems, and participating in reporting visa-related expenses. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and immigration compliance in a dynamic environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support the administration of employment and mission visas for local and expatriate hires, gaining hands-on experience in UAE immigration processes and compliance.
  • Assist in tracking and renewing employee visas and labor cards, developing an understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in HR operations.
  • Contribute to the issuance and renewal of residence visas for employees’ dependents, enhancing skills in documentation and customer service.
  • Help maintain accurate records of visa-related activities in HR systems, fostering attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate onboarding processes, including medical insurance enrollment for new employees, while learning about employee benefits administration.

What You Bring 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, a related field or a fresh graduate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and solution-driven approach
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
