Work with domain experts to clarify accounting issues, analyze errors, make corrections, and support process improvements.

Manage daily General Ledger, Closing & Reporting tasks and month-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording per IFRS.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate actively, solve problems, maintain a continuous‑improvement mindset, and support audit controls.
• Perform account reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, housekeeping of GL accounts, and posting of accruals, provisions, and other GL items.
• Assist in implementing and documenting new processes and procedures while contributing to process improvement initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
• Build skills through curiosity, feedback, and continuous learning, becoming more self‑directed and taking ownership of processes
• Contribute to creating an environment that integrates people, processes, and technology, using innovation as a driver for personal and organizational growth.
• Build trust through respectful, agile, and accountable behavior when interacting with colleagues, customers, partners, and Siemens Energy communities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables)
• Fluent in English
