About the Role
- Lead and inspire an international team of business improvement professionals, identifying and prioritizing systemic operational issues and growth opportunities
- Create transparency across the entire service value chain, defining KPIs, dashboards, and global forecasting standards, with particular focus on the spare parts business
- Utilize advanced analytics and AI to identify operational, commercial, and growth opportunities
- Optimize CRM (SFDC) utilization and data quality, enabling improved analyses and decision-making
- Develop and coordinate global win/loss analyses and maintain comprehensive sales and service playbooks
- Analyze customer feedback and improve customer journey touchpoints to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, also considering corresponding digital solutions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Profound experience in a comparable environment, including proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Extensive service experience, ideally including spare parts, sales operations, or commercial excellence
- Strong background in process improvement, KPI development, CRM systems, and project execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross‑functional teams
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
