A Snapshot of Your Day

Embark on a journey of growth and mastery as you learn all Stator Assembler operations. Your day will be packed with opportunities to become proficient with all tools and equipment for generator final assembly. You'll attain skills for rotor to core assembly, bearings, pedestals, and every other component that makes up our world-class generators.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Apply your sound knowledge of mathematics and precision machining to interpret sophisticated drawings and specifications.
  • Use various precision machining instruments to build outstanding quality generators.
  • Experience with live head drilling/milling will allow you to compete and succeed in our ambitious projects.
  • Successfully implement your expertise to ensure flawless assembly processes.

What You Bring

  • A High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Four or more years of industrial-mechanical experience, with proficiency in using shop tools such as drills, ratchets, and wrenches. Ability to choose the most efficient tool for each task.
  • Physical strength to lift/move 50 lb. materials and the capability to use precision measuring equipment.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and complete simple forms.
  • Capacity to pass hearing, vision, and pulmonary tests, and acquire a fork truck license and “A” crane license if needed.
