Take full responsibility for the effective execution of projects, providing strong leadership to internal teams and external partners while fostering trust and teamwork across all team members. Proactively address conflicts, solve problems, and break down difficult tasks into manageable and structured plans.
Develop expertise in business context, technical architecture and organizational processes, ensuring alignment with governance and decision-making frameworks. Responsibilities include creating detailed project plans, driving timelines, milestones and resources, and actively engaging team members to meet their needs.
This role demands a balance of leadership, technical expertise, and organizational insight to drive project success through all phases.

- Becoming a knowledge professional in the business context of the project e.g., Business Process & Capability and Technical Domain at the architecture level
- Understanding of the interpersonal processes, the organization, and its culture (e.g., governance bodies, official/unofficial decision-making processes)
- Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project planning.
- Stakeholder management: Identify and optimally connect with all team members, ensuring that their respective needs and expectations are met.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues, allocate ownership, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor the project end to end.
- Financial Management: Leading actively the planned cost, budget, actual cost and forecast against the financial targets
- Resource Management: Allocate and lead int./ext. resources efficiently, ensuring the right people and tools are available and committed as needed
- Partner Management: Create and set up contracts with external partners including clear work, key performance indicators and payment plans
- Scope Management: Define project scope clearly and actively handle scope changes through change request management
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet the required standards
- Communication Management: Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, collaborators, and executives.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously track project
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a similar field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years as IT Project Manager
- Must have a US valid VISA.
- Project Management training. PMP certification is a plus.
- Fluent in english
- Experience leading large scape implementation projects in SAP, Salesforce or Infrastructure:
- SAP Implementation (non-expert): Experience in leading SAP implementation projects, covering requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support, with familiarity in SAP modules.
- Salesforce Implementation: Ability to lead Salesforce implementation projects, including customization and integration to meet business needs, with knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud being useful.
- Infrastructure (nice to have): Experience in handling projects with topics encompassing Network Architecture, Server Administration, Storage Systems, Information Security and Disaster Recovery to ensure business continuity.
- Project Management Methodologies: In-depth understanding and practical application of various Project Management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
