Siemens Energy is one of global leader in energy technology. Our product ranges from Gas Turbine, steam turbines, compressors, generators, Large and small types of engines. Our Gas Turbine cover different type of customers, for industrial or generation. We have different type and technologies of Gas Turbine. Field service department supplies personnel for new erection, warranty and after sales service.
Currently, our coverage area is Asia Pacific, including Japan, India, South Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia. With the different countries and characters of our customers, we need a good candidate who can work in different situations and pressure. Candidates should work independently or work in teams. It will be advantageous if you are familiar with or have experience with Siemens Energy products.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead all aspects of gas turbine installation, overhaul, and service, specializing in blading, combustion chamber, and burner maintenance.
• Evaluate equipment components for defects, providing recommendations to onsite personnel.
• Document disassembly/reassembly test results, ensuring timely reporting in protocols and field reports.
• Plan work scope and duration, providing feedback to project management during preparation and execution.
• Plan and inspect spare parts, offering recommendations to project management.
• Supervise, implement, and support specialist tasks during maintenance, adhering to HSE standards and ensuring site safety.

What You Bring

• Power Generation/Oil & Gas Background: Strong skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance of power generation equipment or within the Oil & Gas industry, and willingness to work hands-on in challenging conditions.
• Technical Interpretation: Ability to read, understand, and independently work with drawings, specifications, and unit conversions, adhering to international codes and standards.
• Communication & Digital Fluency: Good English language skills (written and verbal) are essential; additional language skills are a plus; confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive & Collaborative Work Style: Pro-active, problem-solving mindset, ready to take initiative and improve processes; creative, lifelong learner seeking better solutions; team player with strong communication skills.
• Adaptability & Travel: Able to work independently or with multinational teams, adaptable to shift rotations and flexible hours; willing to travel extensively and work in various locations, including workshops.
• HSE & Quality Focus: Good understanding of HSE and quality requirements and standards in the related field.

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
