A Snapshot of Your Day
In your role as a Project Coordinator at Siemens Energy in Hungary, you will experience a dynamic and engaging work environment. Interacting with both local and regional colleagues, you will take ownership of communication, resolve issues, and manage commercial discussions during the delivery stage. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Take overall responsibility for the timely deliveries of Spares and Overhauls, ensuring customer happiness through proactive communication and meeting contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Support, and delivery teams to strictly analyze and address any issues that arise, ensuring world-class service
- Lead and actively participate in ambitious departmental improvement projects, driving continuous enhancement of processes and procedures
- Assist in developing processes and procedures to meet and exceed business targets, promoting an ethos of continuous improvement and excellence
What You Bring
- Demonstrated competence in commercial and financial matters, including a solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions, gross margin, and debt management, coupled with outstanding negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling you to seamlessly manage project data and communications
- Detailed comprehension of customs and trade requirements for global business operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in international dealings
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to develop innovative solutions under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit, enjoying working within teams, across departments, and with external partners to achieve common goals
- A dedication to continuous improvement, both individually and within the team, constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.

The Budapest Gas Services Competence Center team has over 300 qualified engineers who offer services in Instrumentation & Control, electrical and mechanical engineering, as well as sales support.
