You will support accountable management in planning and calculating yearly budgets, ensuring that our financial goals are met. Imagine consolidating budgets through both top-down and bottom-up approaches while engaging in midterm planning and periodic forecasts throughout the year. You will analyze actual performance against plans, driving impactful decisions based on agreed measures. Your insights will help us evaluate cost structures and enhance our cost accounting system, making a significant contribution to our overall business performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will support management in planning and calculating yearly budgets, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Lead the consolidation of budgets, incorporating both top-down and bottom-up plans, while facilitating midterm planning and periodic forecasts.
  • Analyze actual performance versus planned budgets, pursuing the effects of agreed measures to drive improvements.
  • Evaluate cost structures and maintain an effective cost accounting system to enhance financial transparency.
  • Provide regular business reports on overall performance and recommend actionable insights to management.

What You Bring

  • You have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with experience in budget management.
  • Proficiency in cost accounting systems and the ability to analyze and evaluate cost structures effectively.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to perform ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
  • Strong communication skills to present business reports and recommendations clearly to management.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
