• Collaborate with business representatives to develop innovative process solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness while managing global demand and providing process consulting for ERP systems
• Work with key business partners to gather requirements and develop functional specifications
• Complete FICO configuration to establish global standard processes in SAP
• Develop test cases and manage testing activities to ensure quality and compliance
• Lead IT projects for small to medium-sized initiatives, overseeing IT providers for application maintenance and change requests
• Collaborate with other application teams, Basis and Security teams, and the Service Desk team to ensure seamless integration and support

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience combined with several years of experience in global governance and providing business support for IT-integrated processes in a multinational environment
• Several years of experience in setting up SAP configuration in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO), with in-depth knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO sub-modules (CCA, PCA, IO, PC, COPA)
• Strong understanding of FICO integration with other SAP modules
• Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized projects and experience in managing external providers for ERP system changes and support
• Ability to work effectively in agile and cross-functional environments
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and German, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
