About the Role

- Development of installation concepts and execution strategies for FACTS projects (STATCOM, SynCon, BESS)
- Preparation of installation cost estimates, schedules, milestones, and resource planning concepts
- Assessment of installation feasibility, constructability, technical risks, and opportunities during the tender phase
- Optimization of project layouts, designs, and installation approaches to ensure efficient execution
- Coordination and stakeholder management across bid management, engineering, procurement, project management, and execution teams
- Subcontractor evaluation, technical clarification management, and transfer of execution lessons learned into continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, combined with experience in international project environments
- Extensive experience in FACTS, HVDC, or comparable installation and execution projects, including tendering activities
- Strong expertise in installation concepts, execution planning, constructability assessments, and installation strategy development
- Proficiency in cost estimation, scheduling, resource planning, and subcontractor scope definition
- Strong technical understanding of FACTS systems (STATCOM, SynCon, BESS) and the translation of engineering designs into executable installation solutions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, supported by a structured, solution-oriented working style and fluency in English with good German skills
