- Collaborate with the simulation team to develop and enhance multiphysics methods
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing by integrating proven approaches with new tools and workflows
- Conduct validation activities to ensure simulation results align with experimental data and operational experience
- Co-develop global simulation standards, validation protocols, and process documentation
- Support the integration of simulation workflows with CAD and PLM platforms for improved data consistency
- Introduce and evaluate AI/machine learning applications to complement existing analysis methods and explore new technologies
- Degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, computational physics, or a related field
- Several years of experience in engineering simulation, with expertise in CFD, thermal, and structural analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with experts to enhance simulation workflows and handle large datasets
- Experience in coupling multiphysics domains and exposure to AI applications in engineering
- Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills in an international context
- Strategic mindset that values both established methods and innovative opportunities
