A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the power plant. You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work, support maintenance planning and execution, provide technical guidance to Electrical Technicians, and ensure compliance with plant procedures and safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in maximizing plant availability, electrical system reliability, and operational performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Lead and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on electrical equipment and systems in accordance with maintenance plans and operational priorities.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and coordinate repairs for electrical equipment to maximize plant reliability, availability, and performance.

· Utilize computerized plant management systems to report faults, manage work orders, document maintenance activities, and request materials.

· Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to Electrical Technicians while helping develop team capabilities and technical expertise.

· Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures, environmental requirements, and permit-to-work processes while promoting a strong safety culture.

· Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance records, operating manuals, electrical drawings, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

What You Bring

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience in a similar industrial environment.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within power generation, industrial plants, or comparable heavy industries.

· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, generators, motors, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.

· Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating maintenance teams and maintenance execution activities.

· Proficiency with plant management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and maintenance planning and reporting tools.

· Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Relevant electrical certifications and authorizations are considered an asset.
