A Snapshot of Your Day

Your daily role will involve reading work instructions and assembling products and/or sub assemblies. You will be ensuring product is built to specification in accordance with engineering prints and Bill of Materials. This will include installing and wiring various components. Working in collaboration with colleagues to solve the daily challenges that come with being in a production environment will also play a huge role in your day.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Candidate must be able to read and understand instructions, and assemble products or their sub components
  • You will be expected to handle different gauges of wire, lugs, and crimping tools in order to complete assigned tasks
  • You will be running wire through machinery, including having to crimp it and cut it to length
  • You will help move products / sub assemblies to the next stage of the manufacturing process
  • You will be responsible for keeping workstations orderly, and properly storing and maintaining tools, parts, test equipment, and documentation etc
  • You will be following targets and deadlines for assembly and prepare reports on a daily basis
  • You must have the ability to push/pull panel carts averaging 35-50 lbs

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing/Assembly Experience
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude
  • Must be well organized and should know how to maintain various pieces of equipment
  • Should have keen analytical skills
  • Must have good dexterity and capability of working with small, complex objects
