The position will be responsible for the integration and data flow architecture within the global EQS solutions, aiming to drive efficiency and automation through a 'touchless IT' strategy, by focus on three core areas: designing and managing the data and integration architecture, acting as a key technical consultant for new and existing solutions, and providing governance and support for the application landscape.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Integration and Data Architecture
  • Design, implement, and maintain the end-to-end data integration architecture for global EQS solutions.
  • Develop and manage data flow models to ensure seamless data exchange between HR and interconnected business systems.
  • Define standards for data integrity, security, and performance across all integration points.
  • Architect scalable and reusable integration patterns to support future business needs and system enhancements.
• Technical Consultation and Solution Design
  • Act as a primary internal consultant for new integration demands, assessing feasibility and recommending optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to shape the future of the EQS application landscape.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution design documents.
  • Evaluate and prototype new integration technologies and methodologies to drive innovation.
• Governance and Stakeholder Support
  • Establish and enforce governance policies for data management and integration to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support local and business application owners with expertise and guidance on implementing global integrations.
  • Drive the 'touchless IT' initiative by identifying and promoting automation opportunities within data workflows.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data architectures, data flows, and integration processes.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience in IT solution architecture, with a strong focus on data integration and data management.
• Demonstrated experience designing and managing data flows within a complex, global application landscape, preferably in an HR or corporate functions context.
• Technical Architecture & Data Management: Solution Architecture, Data Integration, Data Modeling, API Management, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), Database Management
• Consulting & Stakeholder Management: Technical Consulting, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Analysis, Communication
• Domain Knowledge: HR Information Systems (HRIS), IT Governance, Business Process Analysis
