About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Assistant, you will support your manager in process improvement and documentation initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
- Structuring and updating process documentation
- Creating clear workflow overviews and templates
- Identifying gaps in current processes
- Supporting digital tools like Power Apps
- Mapping workflows and proposing optimization initiatives
You will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance documentation and streamline processes, ensuring clarity and efficiency across teams. You will align with your manager to prioritize and execute these improvements.

- Ensure processes are consistently followed and updated

What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a study and more than 1 year left; Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or another related field.
- Enjoy bringing structure to complex information
- Are detail-oriented without losing the overview
- Are comfortable asking clarifying questions and being proactive
- Can create structured overviews or simple process diagrams
- Work independently once tasks are defined
- Are comfortable using digital tools
It is a plus if you have experience with:
- Power Apps
- SharePoint
- Process mapping tools
- ERP or PLM systems
About The Team
You will join an engineering department within Siemens Energy focused on developing equipment that handles the main components of wind turbines — nacelles, towers, and blades.
Our department is responsible for designing and documenting the technical solutions that enable safe and efficient handling of these large-scale components. This includes everything from 3D modelling and mechanical design to structural calculations and detailed technical documentation.
The team consists of mechanical engineers and design engineers working closely together in a highly technical and international environment. We manage complex documentation flows, structured approval processes, and detailed design standards to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
We’re located in Denmark, Spain, Poland and India.
