About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing critical documentation for electrical substation projects in the offshore wind and energy transmission sector. You’ll guide projects from execution through to handover, ensuring every document is accounted for and accessible. As a Document Controller, you’ll handle one or more complex, long-term projects, collaborating with a diverse project team based in Denmark and across the globe. Step into a role where your attention to detail and proactive mindset drive project success and support the energy transition.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Set up and maintain the master document register (MDR), creating document attributes, hierarchies, and an effective document management system
- Manage the flow of documentation in ACC, track incoming documents, and distribute them to project team members
- Ensure a traceable history of all documents throughout the project lifecycle, and support internal/external review processes in ACC
- Handle documentation via Employers’ EDMS and liaise with client document controllers to maintain smooth workflows
- Support communication improvements, develop document management procedures, and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a strong background in Document Management for large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and experience with ACC; knowledge of Dalux, Aconex, or similar platforms is a plus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and excellent presentation abilities
- Customer-oriented, motivated to work across cultures, and fluent in English (Danish is an advantage)
- High integrity, team spirit, and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
