A Snapshot of Your Day 

In this role within Customer Technical Services (CTS), you will help enable the data that powers Siemens Energy’s digital services and monitoring solutions used by customers worldwide. Your day will involve improving data quality, consistency, and reliability through activities such as standardizing signals, resolving data challenges, and supporting new site onboardings. You will work closely with a collaborative, international team that values knowledge sharing, learning, and practical problem‑solving. Your contributions directly support safer operations, better insights, and stronger customer outcomes while advancing Siemens Energy’s mission of a more reliable and sustainable energy future.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Ensure reliable and secure connectivity between customer systems and Siemens Energy platforms.
  • Configure, support, and maintain data collection solutions for remote monitoring and analytics.
  • Investigate and resolve data quality, signal, and connectivity issues affecting operational data.
  • Drive standardization across the fleet by maintaining and governing data collector solutions across multiple control system variants.
  • Maintain data quality during new site onboardings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and readiness for analytics.
  • Collaborate with customers, engineers, and product teams to continuously improve data integrity solutions.

What You Bring 

  • A bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in engineering, IT, automation, or a related technical field.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a structured and methodical way.
  • Understanding of control systems, industrial data, or IT/OT environments.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with global teams and customers.
  • A proactive, service‑oriented mindset with attention to detail and a desire to learn.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
