- Responsibility as the dedicated cybersecurity contact within customer projects and coordination of all cybersecurity-related project activities
- Assurance of compliance with applicable cybersecurity regulations, laws, standards, and internal processes such as ISA/IEC 62443
- Guidance and monitoring of project security activities to achieve defined cybersecurity targets and requirements
- Coordination, evaluation, and cascading of cybersecurity requirements with internal experts, suppliers, and partners
- Development and maintenance of a holistic cybersecurity concept and complete project-specific cybersecurity documentation
- Strengthening of customer-focused quality management, including nonconformance management and collaboration with customers and stakeholders
- Completed apprenticeship or bachelor’s/master’s degree in software, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering with solid industrial cybersecurity understanding
- Several years experience in cybersecurity activities within project execution, including security classification, requirements management, risk analysis, and vulnerability management
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy governance frameworks for industrial cybersecurity
- Experience in international project environments and openness to working across cultures
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders
- High motivation, structured and analytical working style, openness to change, solution orientation, and fluent English
