- Project specific compilation and editing of the steam turbine training manual, based upon P&IDs, system descriptions, manuals, T3000 Software and engineering documents
- Collaboration with other trainers, training centers and project managers for clarification and fine-tuning of training schedules as well as project specific training contents
- Coordinate with engineering teams to source the technical documentation required for the training manual preparation
- On site performance of the classroom steam turbine training and associated system walk-downs on site. Collect signed attendance sheets, feedback questionaries and test papers. Provide training reports to the team afterwards.
- Cooperation with internal team members, guidance and coordination of external partners and sub-contractors, interacting with customers.
- Degree in Engineering, preferably with focus on power engineering or longstanding work experience in a similar field
- Proven experience in commissioning of steam turbines. Familiarity with Siemens Energy steam turbines is a plus
- Confident and eloquent presenter, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Self-driven, quality-oriented, and a flexible team player with strong intercultural competence
- A valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
- Fluent in German and English; proficient in MS Office
