About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)
As a Customer Relationship Representative (Logistics Coordinator), you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service by coordinating shipping and logistics operations. You will work closely with project managers and procurement teams to satisfy customer logistics needs, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders. Your efforts will be essential in building strong customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding logistics inquiries and issues and respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines and logistics requirements.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing and availability of materials for shipping.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback in the CRM system
- Prepare reports on customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions for management review.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
What You Bring (requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or logistics, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
