Perform a variety of financial activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Basic tasks: review the postings of GSS to ensure complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
• Controlling activities: collect, compile and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements. These reports may include profit-and-loss statements, balance sheets, fixed assets statements, liquidity plan, AR and AP aging lists, other regulatory reports and filings.
• Support: provide technical financial advice within area of expertise to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
• Specific responsibility in Siemens: checked and cleared up the accounts through internal website; Used and maintained financial accounting module in SAP system.
• Cooperation& Contribution: check and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and accounting statements so that direct superior has accurate and timely information for making financial decisions.

What You Bring  

• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• Finance Controlling experiences worked in a sizeable foreign manufacturing company >=3 years.
• Understand PRC GAAP, US GAAP and difference between them. Be capable to make reporting methods and reporting processes about financial statements, have the knowledge and ability to make the functional flow of financial statements.
• Experience in Cost control, Budget Planning and Data Analysis. 
• Fast learning agility, Multifunction cooperation experience.
• Familiar with SAP system. 
• Experience in digitalization, e.g. capable of Power BI, Power Automate etc is a plus. 
• Fluent in English written and speaking communication.
• Have EHS knowledge and awareness of Quality.
