Join our dynamic Global Onsite Work team in Brande as a Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in supporting our technicians who travel worldwide. In this position, you will engage in a variety of administrative and tax-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations. Your contributions will help facilitate global service, making a significant impact on our mission to drive renewable energy forward.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will follow up on tax issues and provide essential support to technicians.
  • Manage tax on account and assist with tax equalization processes.
  • Participate in the tax filing season and coordinate tax meetings.
  • Plan training sessions for technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Review travel expenses and offer general support to the global pool as needed.

What You Bring

  • Experience from an administrative, coordination, or office-based role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and parallel activities simultaneously
  • A basic understanding of corporate tax policies, including tax on account and tax equalization, or a willingness to learn about it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive and structured approach with an eager-to-learn attitude and curiosity for new topics

About the Team

You will be part of the Global Onsite Work team based in Brande. The team consists of two coordinators and two team leads. The team supports approximately 50 wind turbine technicians through the global pool, providing support to technicians working all over the world. All team members are based in Brande, working closely together to ensure smooth global operations.
