A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role you will support PMs and PMO team members with daily project coordination and administrative tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and gather updates. Assist with project documentation, task tracking, and preparation of reports or status summaries. Perform project data cleansing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting or analysis. Gain hands-on exposure to project management tools, PM@SE guidelines, and real-time execution activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Support PM and PMO tasks to ensure successful implementation of complex projects
  • Support complex M&Us contract deliverables for Siemens Open Market and Service Program customers
  • Coordinate and track project tasks with internal core team in all regions (Field Service, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Manufacturing, Transportation, etc.)

What You Bring

  •  or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business 
  • Ability to multitask and manage various workloads and business demands
  • Detail oriented and able to embrace a culture of customer focus, quality, and change
  • Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience

About the Team

This position reports to the Complex Project team in North America PM Organization. The department is responsible for managing projects during the execution phase of major gas, steam and nuclear projects. The intern will ensure adherence to PM guidelines and operation standards as outlined in our PM@SE Guidelines.
