Welcome to the Finance Team of GSO MGT! 

As Commercial Project Support, you coordinate, collaborate and handle administration connected to Temporary Hiring Out of Personnel (THOP)/ Field Service resources for our GSO MGT projects/ Long Term Service Agreements. You support the GSO MGT Commercial Project Managers by taking care of the Field Service related administration, i.e. project related activities that takes place in our Regional Units. You contribute to the team’s effectiveness by being the assigned expert for certain areas. 

You are a part of the global Finance Team of GSO MGT, reporting functionally to GSO MGT Head of Commercial Project Management, and in-company to local Finance Head of GSO MGT.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You support the Commercial Project Managers by coordinating and administrating Temporary Hiring Out of Personnel (THOP) contracts for our GSO MGT project portfolio.
  • You are the commercial support for the THOP-order/Field Service-related part of the projects. You work closely with the Regional Units and Project Managers in above areas.
  • You administrate the process, from compiling and summarizing documentation connected to time sheets and other onshore personnel related costs to final invoicing against Regional Units.
  • You secure that there are agreements in place and a correctness in costs, pricing, invoicing and other administration against our counterparts/stakeholders.
  • You make sure that our internal Tax tools are updated in accuracy with the latest project related information.
  • You support the Commercial Project Managers connected Permanent Establishment administration for certain projects/orders where we are obliged to taxation.

What You Bring 

  • Relevant university degree
  • Professional commercial knowledge and experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a holistic approach and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced PC & system skills (SAP and Microsoft applications such as Excel, Teams etc., visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI an advantage)
  • Demonstration of ownership, curiosity and accountability 
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian

About the Team 

The Finance Team of GSO MGT are a highly diversified team with people from all over the world and in different ages. We believe in transparency, collaboration and communication.

The Commercial Project Managers/Project Controllers within GSO MGT are divided into two groups. You will functionally belong to the group that works with the commercial handling of our Long-Term Service Programs, Mods & Ups projects and Major Events in order to have a close connection to the Commercial Project Managers. 

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
