About the Role
- Develop and maintain financial models, KPIs, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate project feasibility, profitability, financial risks, and evolving business conditions throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and control project financial performance including CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, liquidity, purchase orders, budgeting, forecasting, and overall commercial compliance
- Prepare executive financial reports, commercial updates, forecasts, and project performance summaries to support strategic decision-making, project reviews, and stakeholder alignment
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to provide commercial leadership across all project phases while proactively identifying financial risks, tracking project progress, and supporting mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and external partners to ensure financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and effective project execution
- Support financial governance, internal controls, audit activities, and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and project management guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial project management, financial analysis, project controlling, business controlling, or a related finance role supporting complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing projects
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, accounting principles, and financial performance indicators including NPV, IRR, EBITDA, and Payback analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and data visualization/reporting tools including Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to independently manage complex financial analyses and reporting activities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and project priorities in a fast-paced environment
