A Snapshot of Your Day

 

As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) you will work side by side with the Order Manager (OM) at the transformers factory in Linz, as well as the commercial partner of the internal customers. The CPM acts along with the OM as entrepreneurs of each project. Achievement through being and acting profitable, pro-active and professional. CPM leads all commercial and financial aspects related to the projects in a responsible manner within the given schedule, costs, and quality during project execution phase.

   

How You’ll Make an Impact

 
  • Secure that the commercial approval process is followed based on commercial risk evaluation and contractual analyses in offer and order stage
  • Monitor and analyze the evolution of costs, assets and cash of projects, identifying and signaling deviations, proposing corrective measures and jointly with project team to prepare forecasts, and reflect them in the respective financial statements
  • Execute and control billing as specified in current contract and regulations
  • Participate in the R&O alignment meetings
  • Provide information and commercial / financial reports necessary for project review, indicating deviations, recommending and accompanying the action plans to be implemented
  • Ensure that at the time of the handover the criteria necessary for the recognition of project
  • Revenue are evaluated
  • Contribution to the monthly closing process
  • Continuous development of the digitalization of commercial processes
   

What You Bring 

 
  • Higher education (FH / University)
  • First experience in the commercial field 
  • Excellent English skills, German skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), SAP and other relevant IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
  • Dynamic personality as well as analytical thinking
  • Thinking out-of-the-box

At Siemens Energy we offer competitive compensation and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. Due to the Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for a higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise and skills. The minimum salary for this position in the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry is in the amount of € 51.314,34 gross/year for a full-time position (38,5 h/week).
