A Snapshot of Your Day

As Commercial Project Controller, you will be responsible for creating project and business reports to control all financial aspects in the department. You will work together with the Sales/Project Managers and the project execution team to ensure a high forecast and project execution quality.

  How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Responsible for creation of reports to control KPI’s like order booking, revenue recognition, cost control, logistics/delivery, invoicing to cash collection and ensures the accuracy of it.
  • Support in the Forecast and reporting
  • Responsible for monthly/ quarterly routine activities
  • Developing and automating reporting requirements (Alteryx)
  • Analyzing data for business needs
  • Preparing forecast and budget data for GT Products
  • Internal and external liaison with partners and customers.
  • Support that commercial activities are conducted in accordance with Siemens Energy guidelines.
  • Support execution during project delivery which includes project/sales order creation and management in SAP system, payment applications, invoicing and accounts receivables reporting

What You Bring

  • Few years of professional experience as commercial controller
  • Good English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Strong initiative skills, ability to work independently, self-management skills
  • Active engagement with Sales/Project Managers and commercial execution Team, to reach department goals.
  • Proficient in problem solving, decision making and multitasking
  • Good knowledge MS Office tools, IT oriented
  • Knowledge of SAP system would be an asset
  • Speaking German would be an extra asset
  • Knowledge of German accounting guidelines would be an extra asset
  • IFRS basics
