The position is critical for supporting the Portfolio & Digital Management function with subject matter expertise in financial systems and processes. To meet this objective, the role is structured around three core areas: SAP & Systems Management, Commercial Process Optimization, and Financial Controlling & Reporting. This focus ensures the integrity of financial data, enhances operational efficiency through process improvements, and provides robust system support for financial execution activities. Given the emphasis on technical expertise and process leadership, the ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a subject matter expert in SAP financial modules (FI/CO) and process management. A strong background in financial analysis and experience managing complex projects in a large-scale corporate environment are essential.

What You Need To Make a Difference

  • 40% Commercial & Financial Process Optimization
    • Analyze, design, and implement standardized commercial and financial workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending scalable solutions within the financial execution framework.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Logistics, to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration and data flow.
  • 40% Financial Controlling & Reporting
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within all reporting and transactional systems.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities by providing reliable system data and expert process insights.
  • 20% SAP Process & System Management
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP financial modules (e.g., FI/CO) within the Onshore Execution business, providing guidance and resolving complex system issues.
    • Lead projects for SAP process enhancements, system upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency, data quality, and internal controls.
    • Develop and deliver training to finance colleagues and business partners on SAP best practices, new functionalities, and standardized commercial processes.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive professional experience (typically 8+ years) in a role focused on SAP financial systems (FI/CO), process management, and financial controlling.
  • Proven experience as a subject matter expert, managing large-scale projects or complex processes with limited oversight in a corporate environment.
