Join our Project Services Finance Team within Offshore and take on a pivotal role as the Senior Commercial Business Partner for the Port of Le Havre. You’ll be the go-to expert, providing commercial insight and strategic direction to leaders and stakeholders in Offshore Execution. Every day, you’ll build close relationships, stay visible on site, and communicate openly to ensure the right technical and commercial decisions drive company targets forward. You’ll partner closely with managers, challenge details constructively across all levels, and navigate multiple interfaces throughout the business. It’s a high-impact role where your work will directly shape our port strategy and support the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner directly with the Port Manager of Le Havre to shape and deliver the port strategy.
• Collaborate with EXE Projects to provide accurate monthly forecasts, present changes, and support on wider commercial topics in the execution phase.
• Work closely with OP, Planning, Real Estate, and Port Authorities to align operations and objectives.
• Deliver transparent and accurate monthly forecasts, reporting actual results, variances, risks, and opportunities for the Port of Le Havre.
• Prepare the annual budget and pricing, managing stakeholders throughout data collection and delivery.
• Provide pricing input to Sales & Tender, ensuring customer offers reflect optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Conduct scenario analysis, support NCC topics, drive cost reductions, and develop business cases.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of proven experience in commercial or financial roles.
• Expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps); Alteryx is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach to building relationships in multicultural environments.
• Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus but not required.
