Join our dynamic Gas Services organization as a Commercial Proposal Specialist, where every day brings opportunities to drive strategic deals across North America and Latin America. You’ll play a key role in the acquisition phase, leading all commercial aspects of complex power plant proposals and have exposure to executive leadership!

How You’ll Make an Impact (Responsibilities of role)
The specific responsibilities assigned to the position (but not limited to) are:
- Co-drive activities/strategy implementation together with Sales, Proposals, and Project Execution Management and Regional Units.
- Lead all commercial aspects of the bid preparation and ensure a high-quality bid. Review costs with various organizations and validate their estimates.
- Implement concepts and strategies for bid preparation (e.g., contract structure, FX, tax, importation, NCM, payment and cancellation schedule, joint and several liabilities in consortium contracts, state, and country specific tax codes/structures, etc.).
- Capture relevant regional market data, including deep understanding of customer value/revenue drivers, financial assessment based on financial documents.
- Prepare high quality bid approval presentation package for Executive Management.
- Monthly forecast and reporting for projects in the acquisition phase. Involve project execution colleagues for critical topics in the acquisition phase and ensure smooth handover of bid project to execution.
What You Bring (Candidate Requirements)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience), plus 5+ years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: bid management, sales, finance, or project management, with exposure to commercial topics.
- Experience in power island, turnkey contracts and/or consortium agreements in power plant business.
- Strong experience in working with and supporting cross functional teams of professionals and managers. Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
- Good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and NCT system
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice, with no travel constraints; bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. .

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
