This approach ensures that the practical implementation of projects is managed effectively, aligning with both production targets and procedural requirements. Given the focus on project realization and team oversight, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in project management within the Energy sector. Key requirements include demonstrated leadership capabilities for supervising operational teams and a strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety protocols.
