As our new Business Partner in Cost Center Controlling, you will develop financial transparency for Global Function Management in Onshore. You'll analyze budgets, forecasts, reports, and trends to support management decisions. Your day will be filled with opportunities to delve into complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive our critical initiatives forward. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Managing the planning & controlling of yearly budgets for the Global Functions in Onshore, including the calculation of Hourly Rates.
• Analyzing and evaluating cost structures, and building, maintaining, and improving the cost accounting system.
• Preparing Monthly Reporting and being accountable for providing required explanations of the FC and Actuals to CCC ON & Global Functions Management.
• Playing an active role in strengthening the Master Data Governance (e.g., Cost Centers, WBS, Orders, GL Accounts management) to enable efficient SAC, Power BI, and SQL implementation.
• Driving cross-departmental process standardization and supporting digitalization strategies within Cost Center Controlling (SAC CCP).
• Supporting the time registration set-up and ensuring hours are booked to the accurate Orders / WBS Elements. Responsible for supporting the set-up of SLAs for Inter-Company-Charges and/or THoPs, as well as preparing the underlying documentation and PO creations.Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring flawless execution of our financial strategies. By successfully implementing these processes, you will help Siemens Energy maintain its world-class standards and compete at the highest levels in the industry.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree within Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar.
• Several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas and/or commercial sales and project business.
• Outstanding analytical skills with attention to detail and a passion for numbers.
• A highly motivated standout colleague with good interpersonal skills, able to build collaborative working relationships across cultures and organizational levels.
• Excellent time management skills, strong analytical abilities, and a willingness to take ownership while working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
• Professional proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish and/or German is a plus and we need proficient in using Excel, SAP, PowerBi, and Alteryx.
