A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Business Analyst in our Digital Solutions team and turn ideas into impactful digital solutions! You will be the critical link between business needs and technical delivery, transforming raw ideas from business users into validated, well-documented solution concepts. Imagine shaping compelling business cases, selecting the right technologies, and ensuring a seamless handover into development. Your role is not just about analysis; you will architect the path from idea to impact, making a real difference in our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead Discovery Sessions with business users to deeply understand existing processes, pain points, and automation potential.
  • Assess and validate incoming requests to determine feasibility, strategic fit, and business value.
  • Conduct business case evaluations and effort estimations to ensure every initiative is worth pursuing.
  • Recommend and select the most suitable technologies for each use case, including UiPath (RPA), Mendix (Low-Code), SnapLogic (Integration), and AI/ML.
  • Develop Solution Designs, including architecture diagrams and data flow documentation for multi-technology solutions.
  • Create comprehensive Process Definition Documents that capture all relevant process steps, requirements, and test data for a smooth handover into development.
  • Handle tool registration, permission requests, and project initialization to remove barriers before development begins.
  • Proactively manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency about progress, next steps, and ways of working.
  • Act as the trusted advisor to business users throughout the entire journey, from the first idea to development handover.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or a similar role within a digital transformation or automation context.
  • A strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, RPA, integration tools, and AI-driven solutions (e.g., UiPath, Mendix, SnapLogic).
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical concepts and structured documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; you see patterns where others see chaos.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you can speak the language of both business and IT.
  • Experience with effort estimation, business case development, and solution assessment frameworks.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
