Responsibilities:

As a member of the Operational Excellence department, conduct process mapping and analysis for various business functions, involving relevant departments.
Collect, analyze and specify stakeholder requirements. 
Identify pain points, propose process improvements, and implement changes.
Lead and facilitate workshops focused on business process enhancements.
Independently execute smaller LowCode development tasks.
Ensure accurate documentation of detailed procedures and working instruction for the improved processes.
Manage complex process improvement projects in collaboration with the Process Automation team and user departments.
Lead and support the implementation of 5S (6S) in the office area.

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant experience 
Proficiency in process mapping methodologies (SIPOC; SwimLane).
Experience with DrawIO and/or Visio softwares and LowCode platforms (Mendix; Alteryx; Tableau; UiPath) usage.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hungarian and English.
Open-minded and proactive approach to business process improvement.
