A Snapshot of Your Day 

Responsible to perform Finance responsibilities in regard to spare parts deliveries in business with existing backlog . Also manages forecast and highlights deviations on timely manner, actively involves in corrective actions together with technical organization and management. Collaborate with various stakeholders including RME (Region Middle East) teams and PCC teams. Actively works with customers for Account Receivables collection, and the respective guarantees are provided and collected upon expiry. Check the commercial and contractual requirements of the Sales Orders are met and accounting rules, payment plans, taxation, collections are followed.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

·         Management of customer orders: Capture in the system, control, and invoicing in time.

·         Control of costs and margins of sales orders.

·         Management of monthly closings.

·         Invoicing forecast.

·         Management of guarantees for customer orders.

·         Processing of export documentation and eventual logistics management.

·         Follow-up of customer debt collection.

What You Bring

·         Experience: 6 months in a similar position

·         Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Business Administration.

·         Knowledge: Office package, user level; SAP preferable (not essential) I would put necessary.

·         Languages: English mandatory (high level); French preferable (medium).

·         Skills: we are looking for a proactive person, problem solver, team know-how , organized and interested in the world of exports in an international and multilingual environment. Eager to learn and develop.
