A Snapshot of Your Day

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate Hauser CNC tool sharpening machines. In this role, you will perform precision sharpening and grinding operations on a wide range of cutting tools and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality and performance of our tooling systems, ensuring optimal efficiency and accuracy in production

How You’ll Make an Impact

        Hauser CNC Tool Sharpening Machine with advanced control software

        Tool holders and fixtures for various cutting tools

        Precision measuring instruments to ensure tool accuracy

        Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications related to cutting tools.

What You Bring 

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient in using mathematics and performing complex measurements to achieve precise tool specifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC tool sharpening machines or similar equipment.
  • Proven experience in setting up tooling and using precision gauges to achieve high accuracy in sharpening operations.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Fork Truck License and a Critical Lift level crane license.
  • Successful candidates must pass standard hearing, vision, and physical fitness tests along with Career Readiness Exam Silve Status.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
