A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the Brand Coordination Specialist (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role supporting the development and implementation of effective brand strategies and campaigns. The position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience and grow in Branding, but also in all facets of Communications. No direct branding experience is required.

You will work alongside all members of the Siemens Energy Brand Engagement team to help ensure that our brand-related activities are implemented efficiently and within deadlines, and that our brand assets reflect our brand image and speak to our target audiences. 

You will collaborate closely with our customers and talking to members of other Communication teams as we work together to turn our brand into the most respected brand in the energy technology field.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Brand Ambassador Community: Enablement and enhancement of our brand ambassador network by identifying new potential ambassadors and by creating and training this community to strengthen our brand via their own personal networks 
  • Brand Expression: Assisting in the development and execution of brand guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand’s identity and values
  • Brand Performance: Coordinating the monitoring and evaluation of our branding campaigns and projects, and conducting competitive analysis in coordination with other departments, as required
  • Brand Asset Development/Management:  Reviewing and cataloging all existing and new brand assets; coordinating translations for brand assets; Quality checks for brand fit (including text, layouts, etc.), developing new assets as needed (independently or with agency support) 
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or communications or equivalent education
  • Experience in branding, marketing and/or communications projects
  • Remarkable analytical, organizational and time management skills 
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Analytical, critical and creative thinking abilities, including experience with data analysis
  • Strong written and spoken English proficiency
