A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Backoffice Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.You will manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues, while verifying time sheets and invoices for accuracy. The activity will include but not be limited to overseeing purchase orders and contracts, assisting with budget monitoring and forecasting, and supporting the team in addressing operational challenges.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Time Sheet Checks: Review and verify vendor time sheets for accuracy, ensure compliance with company policies, and address discrepancies.
• Invoice Checks: Process and verify invoices, ensuring all charges are accurate and aligned with purchase orders.
• Purchase Orders: Create and manage purchase orders, track their status, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Contract handling: Ensure the contracts are consistent and handle change requests
• Budget Control and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, provide forecasts, and ensure expenditures are within allocated limits.
• Team Structure and Special Issues: Support the team with organizational structure, address special issues as they arise, and ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using ARIBA, MS Excel, ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
