Position will be responsible for supporting US Project Management Team executing Integrated Decarbonization Complex Projects. 

Key support functions include assisting in customer interfaces, scheduling alignment, cross functional communication and execution coordination of turnkey EPC electrical infrastructure. 

 

How You’ll Make an Impact  

 

• Supporting Global Integrated Decarbonization efforts 
• Serve as support interface to Project Management  
•  Complete projects on/according to schedule 
• Strategically aligned to control job costs  
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through collaboration with Sr. Project Mgr.
• Track/log/process change orders to increase job profitability
• Initiation of Purchase Orders to vendors (Submit, log, track, update)
• Assist in execution coordination of projects from order handover to transition to warranty  
• Building and maintaining internal relationships with SEI Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement & Site Management colleagues 
• Key support function to Complex Projects in assisting day-to-day operations

 

What You Bring  

 

• Bachelor’s and 3-5 years of experience within the field.
• Clear & transparent communication
• Proactive approach to project support
• High levels of organization & status reporting of deliverables
• Positive attitude & strategic thinking
