Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Senior Project Managers in the exciting realm of new product development within the wind power sector. You will engage in project definition, manage scope and changes, and ensure effective budget planning and tracking. Collaborate with resource owners to align project breakdown and resource planning, while performing projects according to established plans and critical metrics. Your role will also involve team member management, acting as the crucial interface between our organization and external partners, ensuring project quality and risk management alongside our Chief Engineer.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will assist in defining project scope to ensure clarity and alignment.
• You will lead budget planning, tracking, and realization to keep projects on financial track.
• You will collaborate with resource owners for effective project breakdown and resource planning.
• You will complete projects according to agreed plans and important metrics, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• You will manage partner relationships, serving as the interface between our organization and external collaborators.

What You Bring

• You have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to lead change in project management.
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
• You have proficiency in MS Office Programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects, and Visio.
• You are proficient in English, both orally and in writing; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• You are a great teammate with a structured, proactive, and analytical approach to problem-solving.
