About the Role
A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Administrator Coordinator, you will work closely with all members of the Operations Engineering team and report directly to the Operations Engineering Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting administrative support activities, primarily following predefined processes, for both the team and internal customers.
You will manage day-to-day operations and facilitate communication within the Operations Engineering team and with internal stakeholders across the business. This role involves assisting in the management of relationships with internal customers, addressing customer complaints and concessions in a timely and professional manner, and providing regular, detailed updates to customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prioritise engineering tasks in collaboration with Senior Engineers to align with project deadlines and objectives.
- Facilitate day-to-day communication with the Operations Engineering team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with internal customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Ensure customer complaints and concessions are resolved in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high standards of service.
- Provide internal customers with regular, detailed updates as required, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Manage documentation control, ensuring all engineering documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
What You Bring
- A qualification in a business subject from college or university is desirable but not essential.
- Eagerness to develop skills and knowledge of the business, its products, and their applications within the industry.
- A keen eye for accuracy and a strong customer focus while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to manage work scopes with minimal supervision once trained.
- Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and familiarity with ERP and PLM systems (SAP & Team Center) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and internal customers.
