A Snapshot of Your Day
The primary purpose of this position is to prepare parts to be processed in the chemical strip line by using a variety of different masking techniques,
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Use of documentation (quality documentation / records (Travelers and Forms)) / etc.
- Cleaning and masking turbine components in preparation for stripping
- Operate an air furnace under supervision to perform burnout, heat tint, and demask operations
- Operate stand-up blast cabinets and perform daily PM.
- Operate automated blast machines and perform daily PM.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- It is expected to take 6 weeks maximum to become proficient in all the job responsibilities.
- Good house keeping practices
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
