A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Business Development Manager/ Key Accounts you will be responsible for maximizing Siemens Energy's penetration and profitable growth within key accounts in the UAE, specifically in Abu Dhabi. The focus will be on customers in the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, and Industrial sectors. He/ She will represent Siemens Energy's entire portfolio, drive strategic activities, and act as the primary interface between the customer and Siemens Energy.  

How You'll Make an Impact 
  • Develop and implement a 3 to 5-year account strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts, including C-suite executives.
  • Identify, drive, and develop short, medium, and long-term opportunities for Siemens Energy.
  • Coordinate and motivate internal Siemens Energy teams to achieve business growth targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on account performance.
What You'll Bring
  • Over 10 years of sales and management experience in the Power Generation, Oil and Gas, or Industrial sectors, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture, enabling effective engagement with local clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, enhancing communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects and familiarity with Siemens Energy’s products and services.
  • Knowledge of Executive Selling Techniques to drive successful sales strategies.
